Retail Sales Associate - Tallahassee

Serves as brand ambassador and face of Wells to customers and consumers, providing best-in-class service, sharing product expertise, and resolving issues while maintaining strong relationships with store personnel. Maintains full distribution on existing SKUs and ensures placement of new items on shelf based on approved planograms. Completes daily merchandising tasks including filling stocks, making adjustments, facing product, tagging, rotating, building displays, placing POS materials, and providing reset support. Proactively makes incremental sales by securing displays and pre-selling items for upcoming promotions. Effectively manages time and priorities for store calls within the Tallahassee territory, ensuring assigned call frequencies are met. Completes accurate and timely database entries, reporting, recaps, expense reports, and store audit information.
