Job Summary
Operate the Retail Pro point-of-sale system to process cash and credit card transactions while restocking inventory and reducing shrinkage through diligent stock management. Provide camp information and directions to guests, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area while modeling the Scout Oath and Law in daily interactions. Perform additional duties assigned by leadership and adhere to staff handbook policies. Complete the Annual Health and Medical Record, including height/weight guidelines. Work 45-55 hours daily standing, walking, and hiking up to 9 hours with the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Utilize Microsoft Teams for communication and commit to becoming a registered Scouting America member.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18+
- General computer skills
- Willing to become a registered Scouting America member (includes background screening)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Teams for daily work-related communication
- Ability to stand, walk, and hike up to 9 hours daily
- Ability to lift/move up to 40 pounds
- Willingness to complete the Annual Health and Medical Record, including height/weight guidelines
