Job Summary
Retail Selling Colleague at Macy's in Summerlin delivers personalized product recommendations and genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You engage customers on the sales floor or in fitting rooms, build relationships to drive sales goals, share product knowledge, and connect customers with right products and services. You maintain a clean, organized selling space, recover the floor and fitting rooms, and promote Macy's Loyalty benefits while working with teammates to deliver memorable experiences and meet store targets.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
- Meeting daily sales goal challenges
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information
- Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities
- You can work on your own but are great with team dynamics
- You can handle electronic devices with no problem
- Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform: standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25lbs., climbing ladders, etc.
