Job Summary
Greet customers warmly, build personal relationships, and drive sales performance by understanding individual needs and offering tailored product recommendations. Maintain a shoppable environment by recovering floors, organizing fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and ensuring the sales space remains clean and inviting. Process register transactions using handheld equipment and cash registers while staying informed on new arrivals, promotions, and current trends. Finish each shift by sharing Loyalty program benefits and ending interactions with sincere thank-yous. This role requires flexible availability including weekends and holidays, with full-time colleagues working 30+ hours weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
- Meeting daily sales goal challenges
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information
- Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities
- You can work on your own but are great with team dynamics
- You can handle electronic devices with no problem
- Standing for at least two consecutive hours
