Retail Sales Associate

Sales Associates are responsible for providing exceptional customer service by helping customers find products, handling returns, and managing online pick-ups. The role requires multitasking on cashier, sales, and merchandising responsibilities while creating a positive environment for customers. Essential skills include the ability to work flexibly, engage well with customers, manage conflicts cooperatively, and handle physical tasks such as lifting and standing continuously. Customer service or cashier experience in a retail environment is preferred, but not required.
