Job Summary
Deliver a memorable guest experience as a Retail Sales Associate at Wild Fork Foods. Become a product and culinary expert through training, educate customers on our quality protein, provide a butcher-friendly shopping experience, assist at checkout, manage inventory and price changes, and process online orders for timely product handouts. Must be able to work in an extremely cold environment (walk-in freezer) and perform stocking, shipping/receiving, and routine store duties, while maintaining strong communication with customers and team members.
Required Qualifications
- One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant is required
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a TEAM toward a shared vision
- Fundamental math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Flexibility to meet seasonal peaks, workloads, and deadlines
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in walk-in freezer environment
