Job Summary
Verizon Retail Sales Associate (Spanish bilingual), full-time, onsite at Murfreesboro, TN. You will generate retail sales by applying your passion for technology and delivering exceptional customer service, uncover customer needs, propose product insights and complete top-down solutions, and close sales through strong communication. You’ll develop yourself through training and inventory/merchandising exposure, with opportunities to grow your customer base through outbound calls and at community events. Compensation includes base pay ($16.00-$21.00/hour) plus individual-based commissions (up to $18,000/year, with potential for an additional $14,500+ in commissions) and total compensation potentially reaching $65,000-$75,500+ annually, varying by geography, hours, and performance. Bilingual speakers in eligible locations may receive an extra $3,000 annually after passing a language assessment.
Required Qualifications

- One or more years of relevant experience
- Bilingual Fluency in English and Spanish
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
