Job Summary
Verizon Retail Sales Associate (Spanish bilingual) in a worksite-based Maryland location responsible for driving retail sales by using technology knowledge and customer service to identify needs, position product insights and solutions, and close sales. Role includes outbound follow-ups via calls/texts, community engagement, merchandising and inventory support, and ongoing training to advance sales and store operations. Competitive compensation includes base pay ($16.00–$21.00/hour) with potential annual individual commissions up to and beyond $18,000, plus additional commission opportunities that can raise total earnings to $65,000–$75,500+ depending on performance and geography. Required Qualifications
