Job Summary
Inform clients about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program and enroll them into the membership plan using our proven sales process. Serve as the first and last point of hospitality for clients, whether on the phone or in person, while processing paperwork and payments with accuracy. Work as a team with managers and massage therapists to ensure the client remains the center of the experience. This part-time role offers a $15/hour base plus commissions and bonuses, including complimentary monthly massages, paid vacation, and health benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Entry-level candidates with a passion for sales and customer service
- Passion for listening to and engaging with all clients
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience
- Specifically selling memberships or services
- Customer service experience in a spa or similar environment
- Familiarity with modern office tools and computer systems
