Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service and engage shoppers to help them find the right YETI product for their outdoor pursuits. Demonstrate a passion for the brand by sharing product features while collaborating effectively with teammates in a fast-paced environment. Operate with high initiative, maintaining a customer-first mindset and upholding core values during your shift. This part-time role requires up to 29 hours per week with a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Join the Flagship store on South Congress in Austin, TX, where you contribute to a community hub for outdoor enthusiasts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma and/or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience working in a customer centric environment
- Ability to work up to 29 hours per week
- Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to lift, bend, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed
- Ability to stand for entire work shift
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship
