Job Summary
Greet customers, offer personalized product recommendations, and drive sales performance through engaging conversations on the sales floor and in fitting rooms. Maintain a clean, organized shopping environment by recovering floors, updating signs and pricing, and ensuring merchandise is properly displayed. Support teammates with collaboration and care, while staying informed on new arrivals, promotions, and current trends to confidently educate shoppers. Finish strong by sharing Loyalty program benefits and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. This part-time role at South Coast Plaza requires flexible availability including weekends and holidays, with schedules dependent on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
- Meeting daily sales goal challenges

- Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities
- You can work on your own but are great with team dynamics
- You can handle electronic devices with no problem
- Standing for at least two consecutive hours
