Job Summary
Engage customers with personalized product advice, actively contribute to store and individual sales goals, and maintain store displays through restocking and merchandising. Handle cashier responsibilities by accurately processing payments while ensuring a positive customer experience. Stay informed on the latest footwear, apparel, and accessories to share accurate product details and boost sales. Work alongside team members to create an inviting environment that reflects brand standards. This entry-level role offers on-the-job training in retail sales and customer service, with a starting rate of $17.00 hourly. Flexible scheduling includes evening and weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application
- Able to work a flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability
- Must be able to lift and carry shoes and boxes (occasional lifting up to 50 pounds)
- Must be able to stay on your feet throughout most of your shift
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential
