Job Summary
Entry-level Retail Sales Associate (Product Specialist) at Skechers responsible for delivering personalized customer service, helping customers select Skechers products, and contributing to store and individual sales goals. On-the-job training in retail sales, customer service, and cashier duties is provided. Responsibilities include assisting customers at the point of sale, handling cashier duties and payments, maintaining displays and restocking merchandise, and staying informed on Skechers products to share knowledge and boost sales. The role requires lifting and carrying shoes and boxes up to 50 pounds and remaining on your feet for most of the shift. Flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability. Must be at least 18 years of age; high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Potential for growth within the Skechers brand.
