Job Summary
Engage with customers to provide personalized product advice and ensure they leave with the perfect choice. Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals while developing retail sales skills. Keep the store organized by managing displays, restocking shelves, and handling merchandise, including occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. Process payments accurately and handle all cashier responsibilities to ensure a great customer experience. Stay informed on the latest footwear, apparel, and accessories to share detailed product knowledge and boost sales. Work alongside the team to create an inviting store environment that reflects the brand.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application
- Able to work a flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential
