Job Summary
Greet and engage with all guests to establish the first and last impression of the business. Inform customers about sales, promotions, and new product lines while building relationships through excellent service and honest recommendations. Effectively process transactions using the Gift Shop POS system and stock or merchandise the sales floor as directed. Process incoming merchandise, maintain organization and cleanliness on the sales floor, and open and close the gift shop within operating hours. Perform duties including constant movement, standing for two consecutive hours, and occasional stooping or climbing ladders. Work peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays while lifting up to 30 lbs.
Required Qualifications

- Previous retail experience, or similar experience on the sales floor
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours and occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- willing to work peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- capable of lifting 30 lbs
- at least 18 years old
