Job Summary
Provide customers with product knowledge on hardware, fencing, animal feed, and pet supplies while displaying merchandise for an easy shopping experience. Earn customer satisfaction from entry to exit through friendly service and a can-do attitude. Perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, carrying, pushing, reaching overhead, and working on ladders. Maintain team cohesion to uphold company Mission, Values, and Principles.
