Job Summary
Engage with customers, educate them on AT&T products and services, and guide them through the buying process while meeting personal performance goals and AT&T standards. Deliver outstanding customer service to help clients make informed decisions, participate in daily marketing activities to maximize sales opportunities, and maintain a clean, fun work environment for the team. Develop skills through ongoing training to advance toward management opportunities. This role requires flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum age of 18 and a high school diploma. You will stand and walk for prolonged periods, occasionally lifting up to 10 pounds, and handle display materials. Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Standing and walking around
- Moving about for prolonged periods of time
- Occasionally lifting and moving objects of up to 10 pounds
