Job Summary
Engage customers with personalized product advice, actively contribute to store and individual sales goals, and maintain store displays through restocking and merchandise management. Process payments accurately as a cashier while handling shoe and box inventory, including occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. Stay informed on the latest footwear, apparel, and accessories to share product details and boost sales. Work alongside team members to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and meets company standards. This entry-level role offers on-the-job training in retail sales and customer service with a flexible schedule including evening and weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
