Job Summary
Create a welcoming store atmosphere by serving as a brand ambassador and leading by example in a fast-paced retail environment. Demonstrate core values of surprising and delighting customers while maintaining safety standards and executing floor sets. Utilize time between clients to enhance store presentation through merchandising, restocking, and handling merchandise up to 30 pounds. Engage customers with authentic product knowledge and suggest solutions that align with their outdoor adventure goals. Work alongside the Store Manager and Lead Retail Guide to deliver world-class service, applying sound judgment to solve problems and build relationships.
