Job Summary
Greet customers, maintain product knowledge, and assist with merchandise selection while communicating details on availability, ingredients, and nutritional information. Handle cash and credit card transactions, answer the telephone, and uphold predefined customer service standards by reacting quickly to concerns. Maintain store appearance through cleaning, arranging merchandise, and restocking shelves, then participate in inventory counts and organize pricing, signage, and coding. Ensure stock levels on sale floors are maintained continually. Must be 18 years or older, able to work weekends, and stand for long periods. Must pass a computerized test, operate cash registers and credit card machines, and have basic laptop skills. Prioritize tasks effectively with good verbal and written communication skills. Retail experience preferred. Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Must pass a computerized test
- Must be able to work weekends
- Well-versed in operating cash registers and credit card machines
- Must have some experience with suggestive selling merchandise
- Able to operate basic functions of a laptop
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Have good verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to prioritize
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must successfully complete a background investigation
- Must successfully complete a hair drug screen
