Job Summary
Greet customers, maintain product knowledge, and assist with merchandise selection while communicating details on availability, ingredients, and nutritional information. Handle cash and credit card transactions, answer telephone inquiries, and uphold predefined customer service standards by addressing concerns promptly. Maintain store appearance through cleaning, arranging merchandise, and restocking shelves, while participating in inventory counts and organizing pricing, signage, and coding. Ensure stock levels on sale floors are continually maintained. Work weekends and stand for long periods, prioritizing tasks effectively. Must be 18 or older, pass a computerized test, and be legally authorized to work in the United States. Retail experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Must pass a computerized test
- Must be able to work weekends
- Well-versed in operating cash registers and credit card machines
- Must have some experience with suggestive selling merchandise
- Able to operate basic functions of a laptop
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Have good verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to prioritize
