Job Summary
Greet customers, maintain product knowledge, and assist with merchandise selection while communicating details on availability and nutritional information. Answer telephone inquiries, process cash and credit card transactions, and uphold predefined customer service standards by reacting quickly to concerns. Maintain store appearance through cleaning, arranging, and restocking shelves, and participate in inventory counting. Organize pricing, signage, and coding to ensure stock levels remain optimal. Work weekends and stand for long periods while prioritizing tasks and operating cash registers and credit card machines.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Must pass a computerized test
- Must be able to work weekends
- Well-versed in operating cash registers and credit card machines
- Must have some experience with suggestive selling merchandise
- Able to operate basic functions of a laptop
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Have good verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to prioritize
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must successfully complete a background investigation
- Must successfully complete a hair drug screen
