Retail Sales Associate, Sawgrass Village - Part Time

Build and maintain strong, personalized relationships with customers while providing a welcoming atmosphere. Share extensive product expertise across skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrances by conducting demonstrations and offering tailored recommendations based on individual needs. Drive sales through effective communication of benefits and promotions, encouraging repeat business via loyalty programs and event information. Assist in stock management to ensure product availability and maintain an organized store environment. Participate in and occasionally lead in-store beauty workshops to share expertise with customers. Collect customer feedback on products and services to provide insights for continuous improvement. This role requires flexible availability including weekends and evenings, with a high school diploma or equivalent and one to two years of retail experience preferred.
