Job Summary
Sales Consultants proactively engage with customers and pets, recommending products to meet customer needs, operate the cash register, stock shelves, unload shipments, and perform store-wide duties. Daily training and education on products, promotions, and pet community; build lasting customer relationships; provide a friendly, informative shopping experience; maintain attendance and participate in additional duties as assigned. Requires comfortable lifting up to 35 pounds, standing and moving throughout shifts, and a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
