Job Summary
Engage customers and team members in person during scheduled shifts while clearly communicating product benefits and resolving inquiries. Maintain timely attendance and remain available for weekends and major retail holidays. Deliver a world-class experience by becoming a product expert to confidently assist guests with mattresses and sleep health. Respond to inquiries via phone, live chat, and showroom floor interactions as needed. Work within a collaborative environment at Saatva's nationwide network of Viewing Rooms.
Required Qualifications
- Be available to work weekends and major retail holidays
- Maintain timely and regular attendance
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport effortlessly with customers and team members

- Comfortable using personal computers and related software
- Ability to navigate multiple platforms simultaneously

Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience
- 1 year of telecommunications or call center experience
