Job Summary
Sleep Guide will engage with customers in person at Saatva Viewing Room locations, becoming a product expert to confidently assist customers, respond to inquiries via phone, live chat, and in-person interactions, and deliver a world-class showroom experience. Responsibilities include communicating product benefits, troubleshooting issues, maintaining consistent attendance, and being available on weekends and major retail holidays. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience (training provided if needed), strong communication and interpersonal abilities, multitasking skills, comfort with using PCs and multiple platforms, and a positive, customer-focused attitude. Compensation is $21/hour with benefits including medical/dental/vision, paid vacation, 401K with employer match, and employee discounts.
