Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail or customer-facing experience
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and drive sales
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Flexible schedule with reliability and punctuality
- Confidence in performing keyholder duties (opening/closing, cash handling, operational oversight)
- Availability to support weekday daytime shifts
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable with technology, including POS and inventory systems
- Comfortable working independently during solo shifts

- Strong visual merchandising and product storytelling skills
