Retail Selling Colleague at Macy’s delivering personalized recommendations and building customer relationships to meet selling goals. Responsibilities include engaging customers, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with teammates to create memorable shopping experiences; flexible availability including weekends/evenings is required, with part-time scheduling generally 12-24+ hours per week and weekend shifts.
