Retail Sales Associate - Receiving

Job Summary
Accurately and safely move merchandise from trucks to the sales floor, utilizing forklifts, ladders, and rolling staircases while adhering to correct lifting and loading techniques. Manage inventory by prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring detailed focus while spending 100% of work time on your feet. Maintain team cohesion by sharing credit and collaborating effectively with others to deliver value to North 40 guests. This full-time role requires forklift certification, age 18 or older, and the ability to work flexible shifts between Monday and Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 0-25 lbs. continuously, 25-45 lbs. frequently, and 45-65 lbs. occasionally, and team lift anything over 65 lbs.
- Must be able to work all scheduled shifts between the business hours of Mon-Fri 8 am to 5 pm.
- This shift can include working weekends and certain holidays and will require flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.
- Ability to become forklift certified a must
- Must be 18+ years old to acquire forklift certification
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while remaining detailed and focused
- Familiar with computers and various programs
