Job Summary
Conduct front-end sales and cash functions, including scanning merchandise, weighing products, and performing cart-to-cart transfers. Manage sales floor operations by replenishing stock, rotating inventory using FIFO, and maintaining neat shelving in Meat, Produce, and Dry Goods departments. Ensure customer service excellence by assisting shoppers, handling price changes, and participating in cycle counts. Maintain store cleanliness and safety by cleaning the sales floor, parking lot, and restrooms, while gathering and maintaining carts. Work weekends and holidays in a retail environment with frequent lifting up to 80 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6-12 months retail cashier and/or stocking experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Must be able to lift 80 pounds
