Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate PT at US Foods CHEF’S TORE, a versatile front-end and floor-coverage role. You will perform cashier and stocking duties across departments (front end checkout, meat/frozen, produce, dairy, dry goods, and equipment), assist during store events, and drive customer service excellence. Responsibilities include operating POS and scanning merchandise, ensuring accurate pricing and inventory, assisting customers with purchases, replenishing shelves, applying labels and FIFO merchandising, and supporting opening/closing duties. Strong emphasis on customer service, basic math, multitasking, teamwork, and flexibility to work a variable schedule including holidays and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6-12 months retail cashier and/or stocking experience required
- Minimum one year retail selling and/or customer service experience preferred
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required
