Job Summary
Retail Sales Associates are responsible for ensuring smooth store operations and providing exemplary customer service. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lift 4 lbs. frequently and 8 lbs. occasionally
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to move boxes of product up to 50 lbs (with assistance if necessary)
- Ability to kneel or squat frequently
- Ability to climb ladders occasionally and descend stairs frequently
Desired Qualifications
- Past retail experience preferred
- Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to flourish in a team environment
- Familiarity with cash register functions
