Job Summary
Greet and acknowledge customers, provide accurate product information, and close sales while maintaining professional rapport. Sell merchandise and deliver customer service per company standards, including stock management through receiving, folding, and replenishment. Complete all transactions and paperwork efficiently while adhering to policies, and perform marketing activities such as opening new charge accounts. Maintain the selling floor appearance and utilize the POS register. Prior retail sales or customer service experience is preferred, along with strong communication skills and math proficiency. Available to work varied days and hours, including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience and/or customer service experience, preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with basic math skills
- Ability to learn selling skills and to operate a POS register and telxon
- Available to work varied days and hours as work schedule requires, including evenings and weekends
