Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate PT AM at US Foods CHEF’SSTORE. The role involves filling multiple roles (cashier, stocker, and customer courtesy) across store departments, including front-end checkout, Meat/Frozen, Produce/Dairy, and Dry Goods/Culinary Equipment & Supply. Responsibilities include delivering an impeccable customer experience, performing sales and cash functions at the POS, maintaining product labels and FIFO practices, assisting with inventory and store events, and supporting inventory/price changes. Required to work a part-time schedule (AM shift, 20-30 hours weekly, Fri-Sun), with emphasis on customer service, basic computer skills, cash handling, and flexibility to adapt to departmental needs. Education requirement is a High School Diploma or equivalent; minimum retail cashier/stocking experience is preferred, with strong emphasis on customer service, multi-tasking, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6-12 months retail cashier and/or stocking experience required.
- Minimum one year retail selling and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
