Job Summary
Presort and buy incoming customer items by evaluating quality, safety, and condition, then price the best stock using our software. Greet local parents, explain the buying process, and deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a positive, high-energy attitude. Organize and style the sales floor with fresh inventory and ring up purchases accurately when needed. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling within standard hours of 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with short Sunday shifts from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM available. We seek thrift pros, brand-savvy parents, and retail veterans to join our team at Kid to Kid, helping families buy and sell high-quality gently used kids' clothes, toys, and gear.
Required Qualifications
- A positive, high-energy attitude and a passion for community and sustainability
- Extreme attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong decision-making skills
- Reliability, teamwork, and strong communication skills
- Ability to stand, move around, and lift up to 25-30 lbs during a shift
- Weekend availability (including our short Sunday shift)
