Job Summary
Greet customers warmly, offer personalized product recommendations, and drive sales by understanding individual needs. Maintain a shoppable space by recovering floors, updating signs and pricing, and ensuring fitting rooms are clean and organized. Process register transactions using handheld equipment and cash registers while sharing Loyalty program benefits. Finish strong by thanking customers and walking them around their packages. Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, meeting daily sales goals through customer engagement and smart selling behaviors.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
- Meeting daily sales goal challenges

- Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities
- You can work on your own but are great with team dynamics
- You can handle electronic devices with no problem
- Standing for at least two consecutive hours
