Job Summary
Greet customers with a warm welcome, make eye contact, and engage in friendly conversations to build relationships and drive sales. Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves to maintain a clean, organized space. Share Loyalty program benefits, assist customers with their needs, and end interactions with a sincere thank-you. Review daily sales goals, learn about new arrivals and promotions, and use handheld equipment and cash registers to process transactions. Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, meeting daily sales targets while collaborating with teammates to deliver personalized shopping experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
- Meeting daily sales goal challenges
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information
- Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities
- You can work on your own but are great with team dynamics
- You can handle electronic devices with no problem
- Standing for at least two consecutive hours
