Job Summary
Welcome customers, perform pool/spa water testing, answer phone calls, and restock pool additive containers while keeping the store clean and organized. Notify management of product or supply shortages to support strong in-stock levels. You must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle. This role reports to the Assistant Manager or Store Manager at a full-service retail pool supply store offering everything needed for swimming pools and spas.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent)
- Strong customer service skills
- Helpful, positive attitude
- Retail and/or pool industry experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Detail-oriented
- Must be able to drive a company vehicle
- Must pass pre-employment drug testing
- Must pass background verifications
