Job Summary
Welcome every client with genuine warmth, create an inviting shopping experience, and build elevated wardrobes through thoughtful styling and product storytelling. Cultivate strong, ongoing relationships through consistent clienteling, maintaining an active client book and reaching out for relevant moments to drive sales. Serve as a brand expert with deep knowledge of product features, craftsmanship, and brand heritage, representing the company's luxury values through polished communication and an impeccable in-store presence. Support daily operations by managing inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising, while processing transactions with accuracy and adherence to company procedures. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reporting discrepancies as needed. This role requires the ability to stand, walk, and move for up to 8–10 hours and involves lifting up to 20 lbs. Compensation is $22–$25.00/hour plus commission.

- Strong fashion sensibility with the ability to provide thoughtful styling and wardrobe guidance
- Exceptional communication skills—warm, confident, and articulate

- Self‐motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, or a client-focused selling environment preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Fashion, or related field is a plus
- Strong understanding of elevated customer service standards and relationship-driven sales
- Previous POS and cash handling experience
- Technically proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and retail technology systems; adaptable to new tools and software
