Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will deliver a refined client experience through personalized wardrobe styling, warm engagement, and deep product knowledge. You will foster strong client relationships, drive sales through clienteling, and support daily operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising. A key part of your role includes achieving personal and store sales goals while representing the luxury values of the brand.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, or a client-focused selling environment preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Fashion, or related field is a plus
- Previous POS and cash handling experience
- Naturally service‐driven with a polished, professional presence and a genuine passion for delivering luxury‐level hospitality
- Exceptional communication skills—warm, confident, and articulate

- Strong fashion sensibility with the ability to provide thoughtful styling and wardrobe guidance
