Job Summary
Conduct daily retail sales by engaging guests in thoughtful conversations, making product recommendations, and processing transactions accurately at the point of sale. Maintain store cleanliness, manage inventory through receiving, stocking, and rotating, and execute creative merchandising displays. Handle cash competently and attend store meetings, including those before or after hours. This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 45 pounds, and flexibility to work weekends within normal operating hours. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to lift up to 45 pounds, can bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, climb a ladder
- Able to stand for extended periods of time

- Has the flexibility to work within our normal store operating hours, including weekends
