Job Summary
Conduct daily retail sales operations by engaging guests in thoughtful conversations, making personalized product recommendations, and processing accurate point-of-sale transactions. Maintain store cleanliness, manage inventory through receiving, stocking, rotating, and facing products, and execute creative merchandising displays. Handle cash responsibly while attending store and company meetings, some of which occur before or after hours. Requires full-time availability of 30 hours per week or more, including weekends, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds, can bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, climb a ladder
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Highly accountable and has integrity
- Has the flexibility to work within our normal store operating hours, including weekends
