Job Summary
Conduct daily retail operations including maintaining store cleanliness, receiving and stocking inventory, rotating products, and performing cycle counts. Engage guests in thoughtful conversations to make recommendations that meet their needs and their pet's needs while accurately processing transactions at the point of sale. Manage cash handling with precise math skills and maintain accurate inventory levels through merchandising and creative product displays. Attend store and company meetings, some of which may occur before or after hours. This role offers a generous employee discount, paid time off, and medical/dental/vision insurance for full-time employees working 30 hours per week or more.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to lift up to 45 pounds, can bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, climb a ladder
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Highly accountable and has integrity
- Has the flexibility to work within our normal store operating hours, including weekends
