Job Summary
Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and offer personalized product recommendations to drive sales and build loyalty. Maintain a shoppable space by recovering floors, updating signs and pricing, and organizing fitting rooms throughout the day. Process register transactions using handheld equipment and cash registers while ensuring the sales floor remains clean and inviting. Finish strong by sharing Loyalty program benefits and ending interactions with sincere thank-yous. This full-time role requires flexible availability including weekends and holidays, with schedules dependent on business needs. Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
- Meeting daily sales goal challenges
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information
- Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities
- You can work on your own but are great with team dynamics
- You can handle electronic devices with no problem
- Standing for at least two consecutive hours
