Job Summary
Greet and actively support every customer throughout their shopping experience, recommending products, assisting with fit and styling, and helping customers build complete looks. Deliver an exceptional, high-touch customer experience through confident product knowledge and genuine engagement while contributing to store sales goals and key metrics. Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep the store clean and stocked, and assist with shipment processing, replenishment, and inventory accuracy. Participate in team huddles and sales-focused check-ins to align on priorities and performance. Share ideas that could improve customer engagement and sales performance. Complete assigned operational tasks accurately and on time. Available for a flexible part-time schedule of 20–30 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Available to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
