Job Summary
Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner while forging lasting relationships and communicating brand values through insightful product knowledge. Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide honest feedback on merchandise style and fit to ensure the best service. Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment by seeking new product knowledge in active-wear and serving as an expert. Maintain operational standards by stocking the sales floor every evening, cleaning the retail space, executing cash control procedures, and communicating inventory needs. Ensure the selling floor reflects correct visual directives and identify product concerns promptly. Work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment with an hourly range of $18.42 to $19 plus team pooled commission.
Required Qualifications
