Job Summary
Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner while forging lasting relationships through insightful product knowledge on athletic apparel and active-wear. Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide honest feedback on merchandise style and fit. Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment by seeking new product knowledge and communicating inventory needs to support business objectives. Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening, maintained to reflect correct visual directives, and cleaned regularly. Execute cash control procedures including bank deposits and petty cash, while identifying and communicating product concerns. Work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment, adhering to scheduled shifts with punctuality.
