Job Summary
Visionworks Optical Specialist/Retail Sales Associate — the face of our business delivering a welcoming customer journey. Responsibilities include achieving daily sales goals, engaging with patients/customers, recommending eyewear products and services, measuring patients for eyewear, maintaining optical knowledge through ongoing training, and handling day-to-day store operations such as restocking, merchandising, and order fulfillment to ship eyewear. Requires related customer/patient experience preferred (not necessary) and HS diploma/GED or equivalent experience; offers competitive benefits and a value-driven, inclusive work environment.
