Job Summary
Delivers daily sales goals by engaging with patients and recommending products that meet their eye care needs, while measuring customers for eyewear and maintaining product knowledge through continuous training. Execute day-to-day operational activities including restocking inventory, merchandising, and fulfilling eyewear orders to ship. Ensure the best execution of the customer experience journey by providing friendly service over the phone and in-store. This part-time role supports the store's financial and customer experience goals with a pay rate of $17.25 - $25.88/hr.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent
