Job Summary
Deliver daily sales goals by engaging with patients and customers to recommend products that meet their eye care needs. Measure patients for eyewear, maintain product knowledge through continuous training, and execute operational activities including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment. Ensure the best possible journey for every patient by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey while supporting the store's financial and customer experience goals.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent
